Debaler on Plastic Recycling Line
Baled materials are sent into the debaler, it will disperse the baled materials into single one. Then the materials will easy to be crushed.
Two motors drive two principal shafts rotate contrary to disperse baled materials, the rotating speed is about 5r/min.
There is a materials position sensor, it will send a signal when the debaler is fulfilled, the belt conveyer will stop as soon as it receives the signal.
